Any idea how I will go about getting shop manuals and any other documentation for the 2007 Sky when it is built (from whom)? Or how long after the car is built before I can order such items.

The manual will be availible when the car is ready for sale. the manuals show up with the cars.

You can try to order one from yur retailer after the car goes into production.
