Interesting read.
Can anyone confirm or deny that the suspension is different between the Solstice and Sky?
I figured they would be the same, but it does seem that the ride quality in our Sky may be more compliant than the Solstice I test drove a few months ago.
Certainly the Solstice test driver thinks there is a difference.
That is one of the differences that was mentioned by the Saturn project team when the Sky was first announced, that the sky would have different spring and shock tuning to make it ride better than the Solstice.
That is one reason I am resisting the urge to buy the performance suspension package. I am buying the Sky as an upscale roadster with a more refined ride. Although it might improve the handling, I would really like to smooth out some of the rough roads I have to drive on around where I live!

While it is still not the smoothest you can find it is ok compared to some others I have ridden in.. and much better than the older Corvettes....Unless you are going to be in competition with your car, for everyday driving you do not need the performance upgrade.
