Still Unpreferenced???!!!

Well I am kind of angry over here. I found a number to call and check on the status of our orders (in Canada) and it is still unpreferenced...so basically not even in any type of order, no build date, no nothing.

Was I not the very first person here to have an actual image punched into the computer???

Any other Canucks have a build date or anything???

I need a beer

I'm stuck here to. My dealer won't tell me anything. What's that number? PM it to me please.

called london on. today!still nothing for sure!possibly some indication next week!still @ image 20?????????????????????????????????????????pray!!!

That's because we live near the actual plant (in Maryland) and have been diverting the trucks SOUTH!

Well divert some further south and west and get a Forest Green with tan interior and top to San Antonio, TX! And do it quick!!:cuss:

We've got our own mad cows now! Just in paper past 2 days! Still will eat beef over grass!

THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD ON THE WEEKEND. I think they are a little frustrated and excited at the same time knowing, that they are shipping in the States.

Thanks for that number. My dealer gave me my order number and I called GM. The first lady wasn't very bright. I started reading off the number. Kilo...0...0... She didn't get it. KILO? She put me on hold for a while and then came back to tell me I didn't have the right order number.

Well I called my dealer back (he's working on a restraining order now) and he assured me that the number was correct. He had two cars exactly the same and one ended in two and the other ended in three.

I called GM back. Got a different lady this time. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes. When she called back she told me I had just called with that number and the log said the number was incorrect.:banghead:

I told her my sad story :deadhorse and asked her to check again. She put me on hold for 5 minutes or so and this time when she came back told me the car hadn't been built yet. Hmm... so does that mean the order number I gave was correct. She confirmed it was.

My car hasn't been prefferenced, there is not build date, and there is no estimated build date. Merry #$&*ing Xmas!:brentil: :brentil: :brentil:

Well at least I know my order number and I know the GM number to call so I won't have to bug my dealer.

From BC

I was at my dealership out here in BC last Saturday & the sales guy tells me that I shouldn't expect to see the Sky before May 15th. He was saying that a couple of the salesmen were off to the plant on Wednesday to have a look at the car. This salesman has been very good to me in the past so I have no reason to doubt him.
The Chev dealer is next door to Saturn & I managed to sit in a "used" Soltice on Saturday. The car only had 1000 kilometers on it. They weren't too anxious to let anyone take it out for a test drive as it was boxed in by a few new pickups. Seats were nice & I felt that I was going 100 miles an hour just sitting in them. All the controls seem to be in the right places. Did have trouble latching the hood down.

MY sales manager got a call from GM today saying they were "concerned" that I called and emailed expressing my frusteration with the Sky launch so far.

On that note I won't be giving out the number anymore as I think I may have gotten into a bit of trouble for stirring the pot.

My sales manager sees my point though, they need to inform the dealer network because it is only a matter of time before customers start to come unglued and freak out.

At least we know that someone is watching here and taking notes.

KappaMan...how do I appease the sky god? I can send you a box of chocolates or something
