What Stubby Antenna vendors should I consider?

Check out the link to www.jcwhitney.com. They have the AMI Stubbie Antenna for $19.99 plus $6.99 for shipping. It is available in 6", 9", 12", 15" & 21". They are all the same price. Has anyone seen any Stubbie Antennas that mount at an angle?
