Over the RPI?? If so I'm impressed...:skep: I'm impressed with DDm's stuff anyways, they are still a supporting vendor here, whereas RPI is long gone..and Hahn is not a SV here that I can see at all, I would go and support the DDM's version unless other "technical" issues make me look for another alternative....besides, going with DDM you get a members discount..I have the DDMWORKS IC and was able to recently compare it to the RPI loaner I had while waiting for a replacement.
FYI - intercoolers hate being ripped off by manhole covers
HP Tuners and my Dashboss showed that the DDMWORKS was more efficient in keeping the temps down.

S20G flows 650-675 cfm, which is roughly 500 at most (crank HP) and that's literally up there in boost and a whole lot of timing... 52mm in and 49.2turbine.. Doesn't have enough to push out 500whp. You've never dyno'd on the your new setup and have only gone by HP Tuners and crunching some #'s. Do I know that you're making a lot, yes.. 470ish or so but 500whp...NO.
I can't believe people even believe you on this forum. That is why I'm making sure that with every post of your claim I'll make sure to point this out until you give us real world gains since your last dyno, this way you don't lead people astray.
