I went with weekend toy -- but that is not the truth. There should have been "will not drive in winter" selection. Any day it's nice -- I will be in my SKY.
At the same time-- I won't drive them equally -- I don't see me taking it to work more that 1-2 times a week...

I'll be trading in (or probably selling 3d party) my 97 SL2 when I get my Sky, but keeping my wife's 03 L200 for transporting the family, etc. (Haven't figured out how to get a wife and 2 kids into the Sky for trips to church, etc. yet . . . any suggestions? :) )

I'll be keeping my Jeep Grand Cherokee and the SKY as my second car/toy.

Gotta have at least one practical car to do the everyday/bad weather/lots of friends/hauling anything/ etc stuff.

I will keep my SC2 it has been a faithful car the past 11 years, and it has just under 75,000 mile on it to boot. I will use it when the weather is bad or when trunk space is needed.
Funny how we both consider the little SC2 our winter car with the generous space for carrying things.

I still love my little SC2. She still has some style, most people are suprised to know it is 11 years old. I hope she isn't too jealous of her new sibling.

Yeah, she does clean up well, though the inside is showing some bizzare signs of old age (see avatar). I have thought since back in '94 that the ride and design was great. The integrated headlights, long doors, shallow height, back end... it was the Sky of the Clinton Administration.

I will be giving up one antique and one custom to get the Sky. That will still leave me with one antique and four regular cars to drive plus the Sky!

I have a 1961 Volvo P1800 that will be sold soon and a custom Mazda pick-up convertible that too will see a new owner. The other antique is a London Taxi and the other cars are just drivers, 2001 Impala, 2005 Prius, 1995 escort, 1991 F-150. I just bought them over the years and never got rid of them.

I chose that I would be keeping my current car... that is only half true.

I will be selling my SL2 and getting a used S-10 Blazer... I wanted a 2004+ V6 VUE... but the cost is still too high.

The Blazer I found is a 2000 LT with 100,000 miles for 5 grand. :)

I really hope the person that buys my SL2 continues it's show car life.

Wow only 75K, my SC2 is also 11 years old but has 250,000 miles on it. I will probably keep it because I won't get jack for a trade in and the car still runs great.

Unfortunately, I just sold my 01 SC2 (the ink is still fresh on the title transfer, sniff, sniff). I put in a call to my dealer to see if he could maybe loan me a car since it's taking soo long to get my SKY:banghead: -he said he would get back to me Monday.

My SKY will be the third Saturn I've owned(third time's the charm, I'm hoping). My first was a 95 SL1 (gone but not forgotten)-blue-black, 5-spd. Then I saw the 01 SC2 and fell in love with it-light silver, auto. I may have to borrow my brother's car (97 Mustang 5-spd) if Saturn can't let me borrow something for the next few agonizing weeks until my SKY arrives. I guess it will give me more practice driving a stick & rear-wheel drive. I may try to buy a clunker to drive in icy weather (it doesn't snow too much down here), but my SKY will be my primary vehicle. I intend on buying the longest warranty Saturn has and putting as many miles as I can on it:driving:
