Probably not an arm and leg though. The packages from Mallet start about 19K minus the engine and you might get the price to just over 10K for the parts and labor. not a bad deal!

Thanks for the post on this motor. We have just the right new home for this monster...our 92 caprice wagon, "FatBottomGirl".

This would be a nice replacement for the '70 LS6 454 we had, many, many, moons ago...
