Does anyone have experience with the ZZPerformance fuel filter kit? One of the nagging worries I've had since buying my Redline way back in 2008 is the lack of an easily replaceable fuel filter. I know there is a strainer type screen in the fuel tank, and I've had zero issues with clogged injectors or the HPFP rail to date, but I'd like a warm fuzzy concerning kappa fuel filtering as fuel system components age.

I've seen other pre-HPFP rail filters from other kappa vendors but I just came across this company's filter kit today. Any experience, good or bad, will be appreciated.

Can’t speak to this one, but I installed the DDM version. Was an easy install.

I've seen the DDM version but it looks more complicated to install than the ZZP filter kit (rerouting coolent hoses, etc.). How difficult is it to clean the filter element?

It’s only been online for a couple of years. Very limited mileage. However, it looks like a simple remove and replace with AN connectors on both ends. About a $35 replacement.
