The previous owner got something on the inside of the lens, so I got them cheap. I know you can bake them to get the lens off. Can anyone point me to that process?

I haven't found a link, but my notes say to preheat the oven to 190F and bake the lights for 20 minutes. The adhesive is a butyl rubber that softens with heat so the lens can be pried off. I would turn the oven off when you put the lights in so that the element doesn't turn on.

Reassembly is the reverse, but you may need to use some black silicone to fill gaps

I have read that there are YouTube videos about the process but have not looked for one.

Have you considered removing the bulb holders and trying to wash out whatever is in there?

What John said^

I've done it with Solstice lenses (not Sky), but in my case, I probably only left it in the oven for 10-15mins. Note: do only one at a time or the other will have cooled too much by the time you get to it. Note2: Only do this when your significant other is out of the house... what they don't know, they don't complain about!
