Headlight upgrade Options?

To be clear I'm not talking about the full headlight assembly, just the actual bulbs and fittings, mainly for the low beams. Mine have become super dim especially compared to all the newer cars with twice the power of the sun.

I'm wondering especially if anyone has retro fit projector style lenses so that you can add bright LED or HID without it just scattering and blinding everyone else instead of lighting the road.

Right now I have these ones, only because I'm on the Amazon Vine program and got them free:
Amazon.com: TRUELAND High definition H11 Bulbs, 16000LM 6000K White, Upgraded Canbus Decoder, High Low Beam, IP67 Waterproof, Plug and Play,Fog Light : Automotive

There are tons of other options out there, with varying lumen output (or so they say). These are plenty bright, I personally wouldn't go for the ones that advertise 20,000 or 30,000 lumens unless you want to blind everyone. They may not actually be that bright, but if they're anywhere close it's overkill.

These cars already have projectors, so you don't need to retrofit anything (this is also why they won't 'scatter'). Just find the brightest LED bulb you can as you need a brighter bulb for a projector than you do a reflector style. The LED's I got are no longer showing on Amazon, but I used YouTube for comparison/review videos to find a really bright bulb after trying an 'advertised' bright bulb.

I also picked up some rubber seals to keep dirt out. Also no longer showing up on my Amazon purchase history.
