currently evaluating my own. if you have majority of the pieces, get fiberglass epoxy, put pieces back in approximate spot, make sure for the bottom that the body screw is in the proper position as well and let set for a day or two. sand to desired way and paint. this is my plan.
I have majority of the pieces for mine, I have a big empty section on one side where I have to fin in with something and the outer layer is going to be paper and have to contour it to the outside. should be easy-ish or you can find the panels and pay $800 and up.

 

Various vendors can supply new aftermarket fenders too.
