Take it apart and see if the diaphragm/spring is damaged, if its not then that's not the issue.

Thanks for the recommendation - the rubber plunger seems to have a tear in it. I can't imagine this small tear making that big of a difference, but I guess the computer detected pressure levels outside of it's standard deviation? Going to go ahead and order the part, so hopefully, I can get it in soon.

Its basically a boost leak, pressure from the intercooler pipes is leaking back into the intake of the turbo.
